Synopsis

In June 1983, Maebara Keiichi moved to Hinamizawa Village and was enjoying his peaceful life with his friends. In the midst of that summer, Keiichi discovers mahjong and falls in love with the old game. However, the enigma of the mysterious deaths that occur in Hinamizawa village and his consecutive losses in mahjong begin to eat away at Keiichi's mind... Is this constant defeat a conspiracy, a coincidence, or a curse? From the moment he grabs a mahjong tile, his peaceful life begins to go awry.
